Contact Synchronisation​

When a new contact is created in HubSpot, it automatically creates a corresponding contact in OpenSolar. Updating existing contacts.

Automatically creates a project in OpenSolar from a designated HubSpot deal and stage, with contact assignment handled seamlessly.

Assign Deal Owner to Project

The deal owner from HubSpot is assigned to the project in OpenSolar, ensuring proper project ownership and accountability.

Update Deal Stage When Proposal is Sent

When a proposal is sent from OpenSolar, the corresponding deal stage in HubSpot is automatically updated to reflect this milestone.

Synchronise Project & System Details

Upon proposal sign-off, OpenSolar syncs project and system details. Such as amount, sold status, components like panels, inverters, batteries, and more to the HubSpot Deal, along with project ID, lead source, and custom fields.

Update Deal Stage to Won

The deal stage in HubSpot is updated to “Won” or equivalent stage once the proposal is signed, indicating a successful sale.

Update OpenSolar Project Stages

Automatically update OpenSolar Project stage to Selling, Installing ect according to HubSpot Deal Stage.

Synchronise Project Documents

Upon proposal sign-off, user-selected documents are synced from OpenSolar to the HubSpot Deal as attachments, including options like the signed proposal, contract, bill of materials, installation instructions, etc.

Manual Sync Option

Manually trigger a project/system synchronisation from OpenSolar to the linked HubSpot Deal at any time.
