How do I set up my email in Apple Mail
1. Open Mail > choose Add Account from File menu. If this is the first time you’ve used apple Mail, you’ll be automatically prompted to add an account.
2. Enter your full name, full email address (eg. yourname@yourdomain.com.au) and password (as set up in cPanel)
3. Deselect “Automatically set up account” if it is enabled > Continue
4. Select IMAP or POP (Most users will select POP)
5. Choose a description – we recommend using your full email address
6. For Incoming Mail Server, enter mail.yourdomain.com.au (where yourdomain.com.au is your actual domain name)
7. Enter your full email address as your User name
8. Enter your email password (as set up in cPanel) > Continue
9. If prompted, enter your Incoming Mail Security settings > Continue
10. For Outgoing Mail Server, enter the same information
11. Select “Use Authentication” and enter your User Name and Password > Continue
12. If prompted, enter your Outgoing Mail Security settings > Continue
13. Verify your settings in the Account Summary > Take account online > Create
