At the same time as your stock in SimPRO is being allocated, HubSpot will request for an invoice to be created and sent to your customer. Saving you time on having to manually raise an invoice, checking if it’s correct and then sending it to your customer. This prevents any accidental human errors from occurring as the two platforms directly communicate with one another without the need for manual intervention.
Snapfrozen’s SimPro integration is a premium integration that has extensively been tested for accuracy and efficiency within Snapfrozen’s inhouse built integration platform Snapflow. Integrated with HubSpot the two platforms synchronise flawlessly and ensure both are up-to-date in real time based on a project’s pipeline.
This integration removes the requirement for data entry across two or more platforms depending on the extent of the integration. The monthly subscription fee covers several costs incurred as a result of the integration. These costs include the Snapflow running costs, on-going maintenance, support related costs and any refactor costs which arise from when either platforms updates their API (Application Programming Interface) structure or the linked platform makes changes to their API structure.
